Fire Cabin and TowerEach year, in the 3rd week of June, the Wanham Grizzly Bear Prairie Museum plays host to The Alberta Provincial and Canadian Plowing Match. Tractor and draft horse plowing competitions take place throughout the day as well as a bull riding rodeo contest, threshing and sawmill demonstrations, a trade show, an antique car display, a horse show, old time bands, and more.

The Museum is open from June to September, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guided tours are available throughout the summer months. Admission by donation.
