Kinosayo Museum

Kinosayo museum in KinusoCome explore the history of the village of Kinuso, Alberta at the Kinosayo Museum! Open to the public since 1985, the museum holds a collection that explores the Canasta area's natural and social history.

Dedicated to preserving the local and pioneer history of the area, the Kinosayo Museum's policy dictates that no artifact displayed in the museum can have its origins more than 15 kilometres outside of the village of Kinuso. Most of the artifacts currently held in the museum have been donated by people who currently live in the village or the nearby surrounding area, or by past residents of the area or their families.

The Kinosayo Museum is located on Highway 2 west just off the Forestry Road. All public areas are wheelchair accessible.
