  • SECOND GENERAL HOSPITAL
    Despite its name, the Second General Hospital was really the first hospital to be built in Calgary.
  • ST ANDREW'S UNITED CHURCH
    In 1895 a small wood frame church was erected near the centre of town on the northwest corner of 50th Avenue and 51 Street to house the growing membership of Lacombe’s first Presbyterian church.

    The Stevenson-Hall Block was built in 1891 to house the grocery business of Messrs. Stevenson and Hall.
