Elsa Lake

It was named after Elsa Carter of Fawcett, Alberta, on the suggestion of her husband Cecil Carter, a member of a survey party camping at this lake in 1966. The Slavey refer to it as Running Beaver Lake.

Approximately 115 km north-east of Rainbow Lake.
