Asplund Creek

Officially approved in 1960 it took its name from the nearby post office, which now no longer exists. It was originally recorded as Moose Creek. The name was likely changed due to the large number of features named for the large ruminant. (see also Asplund)

Flows north-east into Little Smoky River approximately 18 km south south-east of Valleyview.
