Cheviot Mountain
Category : Mountain | |
H.M. Thornton, the General Manager of the Mountain Park Coal Company Limited, named this 2720 m mountain. It reminded him of the Cheviot Hills located along the border of England and Scotland, his former home. This mountain is many times larger than the feature for which it was named, but it resembles its shape. |
