Alnus Peak

This 2976 m mountain peak was named by A.O. Wheeler (see Wheeler Flats) in 1921 after the alder (Latin, "alnus") tree, likened to the birch tree, which grows on the mountain's sides.

Approximately 44 km south of Jasper.
