Allenby, Mount

This mountain, which is 2995 m in altitude, was officially named in 1918 after Field Marshal Viscount Edmund Henry Hynman Allenby (1861-1936). He was the Commander of the British Army in Palestine during the Second World War.

Approximately 100 km west of Calgary.
